Ik had vragen omtrent een geleverd product, broodrooster artisan. Er werd een zeer summiere gebruikershandleiding meegeleverd, meer een quick start guide. Ik probeerde klantenservice hierover te contacteren, maar deze geeft niet thuis. Nooit meer KitchenAid.

Ordered online through the COS sale
Ordered online through the COS sale, the discount showing on the website was not honoured at checkout. Customer service informed me that there was no discount at the time of purchase (there was) and would not be honouring the sale price. A shame as I regularly shop at COS but wont be buying online again.

the villa is excellent but lacking attention to details
the villa is excellent overall but there is a lack of attention to details by the villa management. there were no instructions for the kitchen equipment so a risk of damage from missuse. faulty light bulb above curved staircase led to danger of falling at night. the villa is at the top of a steepish hill. rather than hire a car suggest use taxi at 6 euros rather than rent a car. the island is very attractive and not overcrowded with lots of places to visit at reasonable cost. having booked and paid for a return trip to the airport it was not clear how this was to be achieved. we needed to stay in the villa surrounds to await the transport but that was a problem. Solmar need to ensure there is a way of arranging return journeys to the airport. this was eventually resolved through the local Solmar rep who otherwise did a good job for us.

They Don't Honor Their Warranty
Bought my Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra in November of 2022. Began to have an issue with the robot not being able to find the docking station due to an error saying "error 23 cannot locate dock, clean beacon". long story short, i had to send out the robot two times for the same issue (they never fixed it) and they had the balls to offer me a partial refund towards the purchase of a new vacuum. they have a one year warranty but they said because it is used they could not refund me the purchase amount. i sent them a copy of their own warranty policy but they still chose to not honor it. i wish i did a little more research because it seems i'm not alone. sadly if you look at the compeating brands they too all have horrible reviews for customer service. kind of looks like their is one company that own all the brands (monopoly) and is taking your money and they are not standing behind their products. don't waist your money with them. i now have no working robot and they have my money.

Después la máquina en marcha… ahí empiezo, centrifugar un ruido que te flipas, después modo secadora, sale igual mojada como después de lavado! Envío un WhatsApp a Mielectro.. lo dejan por visto. Ningún respuesta…
Pues ten cuidado! Precios no más bajos porque he visto mejores precios pero decidí comprar con ellos por la entrega de 24h. Pero servicio 0!

Website is rubbish, cant change dates on most of the pages and the search function for a site is no where near as good as pitchup. Sites are way more expensive than any other site finder aka pitchup.com only reason staying as a member is the discount we get from go outdoors, mountain warehouse and halfords!

Terrible dark photos. Can't even figure out who is who on them! Uploaded good quality images. Chat function useless. Spoke to customer service via email and told my uploads were dark which I know is untrue as I've printed them as home but wanted bigger versions.

sportium tomó mi dinero por 2 años. cuando gané, bloquearon mi cuenta para que no pudiera retirar dinero. tienen todos mis documentos. Dicen que mi NIE ha caducado pero no, ya que es un papel, ya que es todo lo que tienes como extranjero entrando en España. he enviado mi pasaporte, un certificado bancario, copias de todas las tarjetas utilizadas para financiar la cuenta, mi nie y mi residencia. me han ignorado. Espero esto ya que el servicio al cliente español es el peor del planeta tierra. en mi pais cuando ganas con una casa de apuestas puedes retirar el dinero inmediatamente. en españa lo veo diferente Apostar con otra empresa, en otro pais donde tengan leyes.

Brooks Levitate 5
Hace una semana he comprado en la web unas zapatillas brooks levitate 5. fue el viernes 28 de Octubre. El Miercoles dia 2 de Noviembre miro el estado del pedido y me dice que me lo anulan porque el precio del producto ha variado. LA cuestión es que las zapatillas me las han cobrado, aun sigo a la espera de que me devuelvan el dinero, que dice que ya lo devolveran, para cobrar están muy rápido, no envían el producto pero yo no veo el dinero pagado.

Super amazing flight finder
I travel a lot for business & collect a lot of points, but I never know just how many. I never used to use them. But I realised that I had enough points to go to LA, Cape Town, Auckland & Rome! Using RFF means that I am slowly but surely enjoying my points by securing flights. New York for Thanksgiving with my wife's family is next.

Horrendous customer service...buy elsewhere!
Sadly I need to add to the pile of poor reviews. Purchased a suitcase over two weeks ago, on the basis of 5-7 days delivery. Order was smooth, and the item was 'despatched' the next day. Tracking information for Yodel provided and a note to say dont expect it to update for 3 days. 7 days later, tracking info says awaiting parcel still. Target delivery date is still the same however. I contacted Eastpak via their online form, as instructed by the FAQ, and after 4 days have heard nothing, until today, when I simply received a refund. The parcel apparently became lost on transit, despite being a huge suitcase, so rather than simply despatch me what I ordered, they have refunded me so I can reorder and presumably go through the same pain all over again. Terrible customer service, perhaps at least offer a choice of options. I now have to go and source a suitcase for my trip in 48 hours time.

Shoes delivered, fit well and well made, however there is no customer service, every email gets a generic reply saying will be in touch in 12 to 16 days, generic email after 16 days to say someone will be in touch, already had the shoes so this was useless.

Let see, i ordered my wife's barbour jacket on 10/26/17...and after much delay, it shows estimated delivery date of 11/8/17. That's 13 days for shipping and 11 days if corrected for weekend. I really doubt im going to order anything else directly from orvis in the future because of this. While i know its a 1st world problem...13 days for an article of clothing is borderline too long imho. Hope it gets here soon...wow.
