I feel good providing my two cats with high quality healthy food. They love it! It’s always worth paying more for higher quality ingredients to give my boys a chance at the best life. Smalls helps me do that! My vet asked what I feel my cats because they’re so healthy and have maintained their weight. I shared Smalls and now he recommends it :) I hope Smalls always continues to commit to high quality ingredients because this food is great!

No refund either! :(
Like many others, I have received no refund after several weeks, even with chasing the company. They have made feeble excuses re. problems with the payment not being processed successfully by PayPal. However, I think the truth is that *no attempt has actually been made by Wallis to issue said refund*! It seems from other recent reviews that it's pot luck as to whether you get a refund or not. It is a disgraceful way for a company to treat good, honest customers. I have now escalated my issue with PayPal who will be chasing this up officially on my behalf.

Customer service sucks
Tried to cancel an order about an hour and 15 minutes after I placed it. I was told that orders can only be canceled within 1 hour. I advised that the confirmation said “while order is being processed” and since it has not shipped yet I should be allowed to cancel it. Neither the reported the manager were any help at all. (Neither spoke English very well either.). I guess the great Nordstrom customer service from my younger years has gone totally down the toilet. I will be cancelling my card and no longer shopping at any Nordstrom store. I hope the 1/2 hour or so is worth it for the amount of money I -used to-spend there.

Las críticas negativas me preocuparon mucho Compré 11 artículos en total, desde ropa de bebé hasta artículos para el hogar es genial. PatPat satisface todas las necesidades de la familia.
