Following the purchase of a few items
Following the purchase of a few items, I wore some jogging bottoms, the second time I put them on the material literally ripped due to what looks like really poor quality and thin material. I complained to Reiss and attached photos of the item to be told it couldn’t be refunded but a 20% discount will apply on my next order. I never leave reviews usually but feel I must express my feelings and I really am disappointed with this brand now, I won’t be buying from them again for sure.

Bodybuilding.com customer service has gone MIA
As others have reported, something has terribly gone wrong with Bodybuilding.com. I have spent over a thousand dollars on them in the past with no issues. My last order did not ship for 2 weeks, even though the items were in stock. When the package got to my post office, there was a $22 extra charge in import customs (on a $50 order) that is normally always included in their shipping. I have yet to pick up the package, awaiting on an email from Bodybuilding.com regarding either resolving the customs import issue with partial refund or a full refund. I will refuse the parcel for pickup and let it be automatically returned to them and then issue a chargeback should they continue to ignore my emails reachouts. It's a shame, as they've been great to order from in the past. You've been warned!

buying from gamergate was almost perfect! I brought a game from Gamergate which would've costed more 40 plus pounds but they had an amazing 70% deal which was just too good not to get. however I was selected for manual review which at first really scared me however I found out this was a completely normal thing for first time purchase. I only had to wait 15 ish minutes until I was verified! in my experience they did take the money from me before i was verified which really upset me however once i was verified i was instantly relived. though i understand the manual review is important in the security of the website etc i just feel like this process could be a little less stressful etc other than that i am happy with the service and im probably be coming back once another great deal comes around!
