Wrong size shipped / Reeked of perfume
I bought a formal jumpsuit from Reiss.com to wear to an awards event. Size 6 regular. When the package arrived and I opened the box, the first thing I noticed was a horrible, incredibly strong scent. The jumpsuit reeked of a woman's perfume--so strong and intolerable that there's no way it transferred from someone simply trying it on. This had to be bought and worn and then returned. Not wanting to have to search for another outfit to wear to my quickly approaching event, I thought, "Okay, I could get it dry cleaned and hopefully that would rid the jumpsuit of this smell." BUT then I noticed the size--6 petite. I tried it on anyway, and sure enough, the pant length was way too short for me. How does this happen? Wrong size and the garment reeking of perfume? I sent the item back and was assured I'd receive a full refund, including shipping, since the wrong item was sent. But then my refund came and it didn't include the shipping cost. I reached out to the company and after several back and forth emails, I was credited the shipping cost. In good faith I could never buy from Reiss again.

Nos han estafado!
Nos han estafado. El trato es muy malo por parte de la empresa. Se atreven a cobrar una fianza sin avisar, sin ningun desglose de que cubre lo que se esta cobrando etc 3 meses despues de dejar la. caravana. A nosotros el propietario nos ha realizado cambios en el parte de devolución y nos han cobrado 500 Euros por algo que no hemos hecho.. la empresa no nos ha defendido/ayudado en ningun momento.

A huge scam. Never buy from them
It’s been half a year since I purchased from them. No items shipped and no refund. The customer service isn’t responding at all and claimed they reshipped the items without confirming with me first. So they just simply decided for me that I would still need the items 4 months later. More important I have already moved from the original shipping address. They refused to refund me and never apologized and acknowledged their mistake and attitude.
