Their service provides a simplistic means of taking back control of your data. It could be argued this is possible to do on your own. That may be true, but in reality not many of us have the time to ensure the correct process is followed. Using Incogni is about saving time spent on figuring out who to approach and how to go about it. Simply put, they use their knowledge base to get it done quicker, whilst ensuring it is done correctly and lawfully.

Great company with a focus on customer service
I've had a very positive experience dealing with Snapmaker. I've bought two snapmaker 2.0's and a number of accessories from them and have always had a positive experience. Their products are great quality, but can be a little on the expensive side. The software (Luban) can at times be a little buggy, but once you work out the quirks it can help you make great laser/3dp/CNC projects. I've had a great experience with the customer service. Overall very happy with the company.

Vorsicht Betrugsmaschine, kein Geld zurück bei Widerruf
Ich habe mein Abo sehr schnell aus mehreren Gründen widerrufen. Ich habe mittlerweile 3 mal den Kundenservice diesbezüglich kontaktiert und seit knapp 2 Wochen nach wie vor keine Antwort erhalten. Geschweige denn mein Geld. Das ist rechtswidriges Verhalten und erfordert Konsequenzen. Dieses Portal ist eine reine Betrugsmaschine, Finger weg.

We had to report a faulty product but had a few questions. The website form was pointless as it did not appear to activate any response or notification. The chat is only set up for online orders and repeatedly requested an order number. Thankfully I telephoned my local store and the manageress was so helpful and explained fully so that we were able to successfully get a refund. Looks like the old system and the human touch works best with TXMAXX.

I was shocked at how fast Mayva was responding to my emails! Surprised at how helpful she was,and how she went out of her way to not only help me but to make sure I was satisfied with my results! Every time I sent an email the response came so fast I thought it was automated,but it was a real person! I couldn't have paid for a better experience, thanks!!

1 ster is nog teveel! Slecht contact en een bende amateuristische medewerkers. Je krijgt nooit de beheerder van je dossier te spreken! Lang verhaal kort... Partner slipt met de wagen en wagen is volledig kapot. Na lang contact zoeken en van puntje naar paaltje gestuurd te worden, krijgen we eindelijk contact. Alle documenten netjes opgestuurd via mail en nu zijn we 4 MAANDEN verder en nog steeds ontvangen we mails met "we ontbreken nog de volgende documenten"... Wat doen ze daar eigenlijk? Elk telefonisch contact draait uit op een woordenwisseling omdat ze niet beleefd kunnen blijven. Het ergste nu is dat we een factuur van de brandweer hebben gekregen van 1000euro, opruimingskosten van de openbare weg. Deze hebben we ook opgestuurd omdat dit met het ongeval te maken heeft. Nog steeds niets antwoord en gisteren een deurwaarder aan de deur gekregen! Weer hebben we telefonisch contact opgenomen en blijkt dat niemand met het dossier bezig is... NA 4 MAANDEN? GROVE SCHANDE

Nice clothes but sizing all over the place
I bought a grey jumper which looked great online and although I normally buy a size 10 in jumpers to allow room for a t-shirt underneath I suspected it may come up big so I ordered a size 8. Well, it came, I tried it on, and frankly it may well have been a size 18. It was enormous to the point it was unwearable. I have returned and bought a size 6 instead (but I am convinced it will still be large) which is madness because I don't normally buy this size in a jumper of all things! To put into context I am not what you would call particularly slim so it is disappointing to have to go through all the rigmarole of returns. OB please sort the sizing out! Until I can be sure the size on the label reflects reality I will be reluctant to shop again, the clothes are expensive so why is the sizing so wrong? In reponse to OB reply: Firstly I would ask why is the sizing larger? If size 8 etc. doesn't actually fit a size 8 then why bother putting sizes on labels at all - it doesn't mean anything! Surely you can see that 'sizing being a bit larger' plus ' this is an oversize garment' will lead to the clothes being far bigger than the sizing on the label leading to customers not knowing what size to buy and hassle with returns. Please can you just make the sizing accurate.

Too easy to defeat
If your kid has any brains, they will figure out how to defeat this app. And if you have a customer service issue, there are zero links on their website. Lastly, never use the auto-renew feature, as you'll get charged for renewal with no reminder first and end up paying for another year of service that you don't use because you kid defeated the app.

I have just discovered that when I initially thought i signed up for a year - they would in fact collect fees annually for years to come.. about 6-7 in fact! Treid to ask them to stop last year but advised another payment has been taken. In my experience the app was a bit pointless. My son simply went online and found a tutorial on how to beat it (aged 7-8). Switch off your phone, switch on, then whilst it is still loading up the apps, quickly shortcut to the app you have to put on the phone, and disable it - pretty simple workaround really for something this expensive?

My experience with the customer service has been deeply disappointing. Despite receiving a low grade, I found no avenue for obtaining an explanation or understanding the reasons behind it. The support system seems inefficient and incapable of resolving such issues. I am compelled to advise others against opting for the Oxford/Getsmarter courses, as it, regrettably, verges on being fraudulent.

Available 24 hours via email for urgent problems
I experienced an urgent problem that required an urgent solution. It happened after working hours (in my timezone) and the issue was not a quick fix. While I was sleeping, they escalated the problem to their development team. In the end, everything was resolved the next day. Their customer support team is available 24 hours via email. Zoom calls need to be scheduled for important but less urgent matters. Urgent requests via email are prioritized, and all others have been answered to my satisfactory in a timely manner. I've worked with Leanrworlds for almost half a year now, and they are very patient and friendly. They are always taking my feedback into consideration for improving their platform.

Menús apetecibles sin pensar y sin desperdicios
Antes necesitaba tener la nevera con un poco de todo para que podía decidir "que puedo cocinar con lo que hay". Esto resultaba a veces en desperdicios de comida si no lo usaba antes de que se pudrió. El menú dependía de "lo que tenía " y mi imaginación, significando que a veces las comidas no eran tan apetecibles y simplemente "usando lo que había". Ahora con Hello Fresh, no tengo que pensar o preocupar. No hay desperdicios de comida y sé que siempre tengo unos comidas ricas y variadas con todo lo que necesita en las cantidades perfectas listas para cocinar y servir.

They fraudulently keep your information even after you delete the account!
After years of transferring out my domains, I get billed for some email services that I NEVER signed up for. It's been happening for 3 months now. Last time, with customer support, I made sure that my account is closed and that I don't even have a login anymore: Nabila (Rebel.com) Jan 10, 2023 "We do apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. We have removed the remaining outstanding on your account and closed your account." Wrong. Today I got another email: Rebel.com Customer Service Feb 11, 2023 "We've tried to bill you for your order but the payment failed. Please verify your credit information." Not only that, but I can reset my password even though I cannot login. Avoid them as it's terribly hard to get out!

I ordered some "Art Cards" - they came but were not folded, not boxed and the print quality was poor. I would NOT order from Society6 ever again. Somewhat expensive and poor quality compared to other sources.

Placed an order two weeks ago. Has been in the processing phase this whole time. I’ve reached out via email to ask about the delay, but they don’t even respond to them. Found this site while trying to find out if they are even a legitimate site. Supposedly they are, but not from my experience. Even if I get my order, I certainly will not be a returning customer. Shame that their customer service seems to cost them a lot of business.

COMPLETELY USELESS
Ordered a gift on 20/12 paid for next day delivery. Just keep getting emails and text saying delivery been delayed. I dont think its the courier (DPD) more like Harvey Nichols are not competent enough to get Christmas orders out. Ive emailed customer service and tried to phone, guess what? No reply. I expected more from HN but they are just another faceless useless company with no level of customer service.

Je vous recommande fortement de commander sur cette boutique. N'hésitez pas contacter Audrey avant votre commande (chose que je n'avais pas fait), elle vous saura de bon conseil. J'avais commander ma taille habituelle, qui s'est avéré trop grande et par mail et photo, elle a su me conseiller et m'échanger ma commande pour une taille plus petite. Et en effet les articles me font parfaitement. Les personnes à fortes poitrines (et les autres aussi) y trouverons leur bonheur à des prix tout à fait raissonable pour de la lingerie de qualité. estoy bastante decepcionada, ponen los productos bien de precio para que la gente compre pero luego no sale rentable. Me dicen que me llegaban en dos o tres espero esos días en casa y me mandan un mensaje diciendo que la entrega ha sido fallida cuando era mentira ni si quiera se han pasado por casa, no sé nada de mi paquete , no sé si he perdido el paquete y mi dinero son unos informales!!!!

Spend your money elsewhere.
Bought 3 peripherals for my new PC from them and wish I chose anything else. I was at fault initially, as I scratched the 7.1 code a little too hard and rubbed some of it off. The products themselves are okay, budget wise on the cheaper side so can't complain too much since the quality is not amazing, but decent. My 1 star is for their customer service and handling (or lack thereof) of my issue which involved getting a new code essential to the use and customisation of my headset. Such a simple request has turned into over a week of them avoiding my emails, refusing to explain any kind of process or procedure to resolving my issue and passing me back and fourth amongst their 'teams'. They're downright ignoring me now for what should be a simple fix of providing me with a code. Even with a response, I won't be buying from them again - worst customer service I've ever recieved from any company - in my life.

YaYimages is one of the two stock Photo sites I would recommend. I at first had a small issue with them but after talking about things everything was resolved. One of the things I love to do is help out start-ups as well as with a name I know about. Their packages are well priced and I have to say I am happy with them.

Hypersphere help!
I was having an issue with a brand new Hypersphere. Not only was customer service quick to respond, they showed compassion, empathy and expertise in handling my individual situation. I am a huge believer in customer service, and if your customer service is off, I do not care how good your product is, I will refuse to utilize that company. Hyperice is the exact opposite of that. I would recommend your products to anyone knowing that there is a wonderful customer service team waiting to help whenever needed!

You can tell they aren't a massive company, but they sell quality products from many US brands. To expect online transactions to be perfect is a little unrealistic. There will always be logistical hiccups from time to time. I've been happy with most of the items I have purchased from them. The one time I returned something, I got a credit I could use before even shipping the item back. Will continue using them!

STAY AWAY. Just another scam pseudo crypto exchange.
The website looks very slick and practical at first sight, but beware. I sent them a transfer of of 0.0122 bitcoins (100 Euros at the time). The following transfer showed up: SELL 0.00973968 BTC @ 7961.01 EUR Somewhere on the way 0.00246 BTC got lost, which corresponds to 19 Euros. Note that the BTC network fees at the time where around 3 Euros. In addition, they take 5 Euros fee for the subsequent transfer to my account. To summarize, on a tranfer of 100 Euros I lost 24 Euros, or 25% ! And I won't even mention the crummy exchange rate ! And to top it all off, when I try to contact their support I get a broken link to a freshdeck account that doesn't exist STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW OUT THE WINDOW

I like the speed
Here I was amazed at how quickly I got my order. But I wish they would reply quicker to my emails and when replying I wish they would be more friendly and helpful. Still a happy customer though.
