Alineamiento dentral
Estoy siguiendo un tratamiento desde julio de 2022. Se supone que debería terminarlo en febrero de 2023, es lo que me dijeron cuando me lo vendieron. Estamos a mediados de enero y todavía tengo que hacerme otro refinamiento. Me engañaron cuando me vendieron el tratamiento porque solo te alinean los dientes delanteros, no los molares y tampoco te corrigen la mordida, eso no me lo explicaron antes de la contratación, me enteré cuando fui a mi antigua clínica dental. Cada vez que tienes alguna necesidad es imposible contactar con ellos si no es por chat, no hay teléfono, aunque sea urgente. Cada vez que finalizas un periodo del tratamiento, como los dientes no están correctamente alineados, tienen que hacerte de nuevo un escaner y volver a pedir a Alemania nuevos alineadores, con lo cual, pierdes meses y meses entre un tratamiento y otro, de modo que se alarga de manera infinita. Cuando necesitas una cita presencial, te dan una cita online con un supuesto médico, entre que te dan la cita y la fecha de la cita, 20 días de dilación, y luego el médico en cuestión el día de la cita no aparece en la videollamada. Todo esto a través de chats, imposible hablar con una persona humana.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
I ordered from Dolce Gabbana Private sales on 28/11/2023 they told me that the order would be ready in 48 hours... after 1 week I started to worry, I sent daily messages asking why the order status, although paid at the time I placed the order, was still not ready... after 2 weeks they canceled my order saying that the store informed them that they were only in stock.pathetic customer service, don't give you information, I asked them why they took my money if the products were not in stock, but without an answer. I want to mention that those products are still available on the website. DISASTER! I DIDN'T EXPECT A LUXURY BRAND TO HAVE SUCH A BAD ORGANIZATION!! BETTER SERVICE HAS A NO NAME SHOP!

Delivery time is unacceptably slow
Delivery time is unacceptably slow. Been waiting over a month for my package. Customer service said delivery for international shipments can take up to 30-60 days. 1-2 months? for such an expensive brand? If other brands can offer delivery within 1 week, why can't Fenty? Very appalling, would never order directly from the site again.

Nonexistent customer service
Nonexistent customer service. Delivery was estimated at 5 days. 3 days in I receive a message reading "Delivery is taking longer than expected but don't worry, you will still receive your order." Well, the point is not that I receive my order, the point is that customers receive their order ON TIME. Secondly, I tried tracking the order with the order number they provided and nothing comes up. I am not a dunce so I'm inputting the information correctly. This tells me that 4 days in they haven't even begun to process it. I tried contacting them and their bot is just as bad as this company. I called and couldn't get through to anyone. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Champs Sports.

Best shoes and service in the world
Best shoes and service in the world! I don’t work for this company, not paid by them either. Have 30+ pairs of fine welted footwear from this brand and many are over 20 years old. Unlike me, the still look and feel great! You can also have these “Recrafted”. This includes a new sole, new cork (secret sauce) and refinishing. I have done this a few times with well loved shoes and they come back looking, and feeling, like new. My wife has tried a few pairs of the welted boots and is almost as big of a fan as I am. I have worked the same AE person for over a decade and the service is as good as the product. Give them a try and you just may find the next love of your life, without any negative consequences to you marriage.
