    I received a $100 gift card for my birthday and spent it on Torrid.com. They took so long to process my order, that half of my items sold out before they could be shipped, and were cancelled. The money taken from my gift card was never refunded, it’s a new month and the card is still blank. I even contacted customer service, but have received no response. It’s sad, because I really loved this company but now they have lost a customer. In times like these people cannot afford to be treated like this. We need good quality clothing that will last and retailers that will treat us with respect.

    Edit: Paul from Monoprice reached out to me personally to explain that they had some systems issues that had caused emails to go into a status "ether" for about a month. Their technical team was aware of it and they had workarounds in place to prevent the issue until it was resolved completely. He notified me that they had, in fact, issued a credit the following day, but I had just not been notified of it. Monoprice did handle the situation fairly and Paul was potent in deescalating any issue and restored my opinion of the company. -------- Monoprice customer service is non-existent. Don't bother sending emails in, because they will not be replied to. I purchased 10 Monoprice monitors, and before I even received them, they had already dropped the price 25%. I sent them 3 separate emails about refunding the difference and never heard back. I finally called, and the individual on the phone said they would speak to the proper department and get back to me. I never heard back from them. A follow up to the agent also was ignored. If you won't even get a response after nearly half a dozen emails, I think it's safe to say any purchase you make is "as is."

    Es una pena que se permita que se aptovechen así de la gente que no tiene trabajo. Mi hija empezó a trabajar aquí y lo tuvo que dejar porque la mayoría de las veces hacía los trabajos por poquísimo dinero y muchos clientes se han aprendido que reclaman y los devuelven el dinero quedándose con el trabajo perfectamente bien hecho.

    I'm reviewing the Jins Japan website. Excellent quality glasses!! I took advantage of the promotion of free blue-light-cut lens across all frames during July. I bought 3 frames. 2 were on sale and 1 was full price. I placed my order on the 27th of July, and I got it delivered on 5th of August. Which was very surprising because on my orders page it told me delivery was predicted 2020/08/15〜2020/08/17. So it came quicker than expected. The quality, the style, everything was perfect. One thing I like about Jins is the fact that getting the lens thinned down is part of the package, considering most places I know charge extra for thinning. 5/5.

    Fatal. No dieron ni un comunicado sobre el Covid-19 y la relación con los pases, y encima les mandas correos y parece que no queremos ir nosotros a una atracciones QUE ESTÁN CERRADAS y a un país que tiene las fronteras cerradas por el problema. Les mandas correos y no dan ninguna solución, mientras en otras agencias de pases, los afectados ya tienen el importe de los pases reembolsado. Es penoso.

    Realicé una devolución hace 3 semanas

    Realicé una devolución hace 3 semanas. En la página web dice que en 10 días laborables se procesa la devolución sin embargo no he recibido ningún email de confirmación de si ha llegado o no, ni un email adicional una vez que hayan procesado la devolución. Les mande un correo y me contestaron pidiendo el número de tracking de eso hace una semana, he vuelto a mandar un correo la semana pasada y nadie me contesta. Todavía no me han reembolsado el dinero. Sin duda no volveré a comprar más en esta tienda, el servicio al cliente es pésimo sin dar ninguna respuesta eficiente. DECEPCIÓN

    Poor product & even worse customer support

    The shampoo made my hair awfully greasy and dull - no matter how much I tried. They keep telling customers that you have to keep trying it and one day, one day it will work. I didn't have the will to walk around with such awful hair day out and in and asked for a refund. They claim they have a generous return policy but didn't respond to my requests for weeks and when I got in touch on their FB page I noticed others too were waiting- and they claimed they had never received my requests plus that I was not in their database. A month later after my first request they finally agreed to refund me but then subsequently blocked me. Avoid at all cost - a terrible experience
