Nordstrom Rack has a terrible return…
Nordstrom Rack has a terrible return policy that they recently instituted. You have 30 days after an in-store purchase to return an item. I discovered a huge stain on a new item before I wore it, but it was after the 30 days, and they would not offer in store credit even. The item is completely unusable and customer service basically said "Too bad!" Good way to lose customers.

I wished I had checked out the reviews here before buying. I am trying to track my shipment as I have ordered 3 pairs just over a week ago and was wondering what’s happening to it. Tried to log in with the track number and my name as per my order but the results were invalid. Hopefully it will arrive soon and I am very concerned after reading these reviews. I wonder now is crocs.eu is even legit.

Why does it have such an awful smell ? The hand sanitizer absolutely stinks - nauseating
