Great quality clothes
Service is always good and love their clothes. I wish they would do a petite range as I spend a lot getting things taken up but other than that, I get great value from their clothes as I wear them so much!

Appalling experience and customer…
Appalling experience and customer service. Our wedding rings so this should have been a joyous purchase. The rings were allegedly made to order, took far longer than should, then issues with customs (we like in the UK) as Blue Nile put incorrect info on the paperwork and didn’t/wouldn’t correct it even after multiple emails, we finally sorted it out our end (and more cost than it should have been) and got the rings (after 2 months from ordering) to find they had sent the complete wrong one for one of them. We’ve tried contacting them repeatedly to arrange a return and get a refund, but silence. They’ve taken our money, provided awful service, the wrong product and now doing nothing to resolve it!

Disappointing experience
I ordered specifically for my holidays leaving plenty of time for delivery (one would think). My order was placed a week ago and still has not shipped. I emailed and was told they're experiencing delays. No offer to upgrade the shipping or anything of the like. I will now be receiving my order after my holiday which is why I bought it in the first place. Disappointing experience.

Me contactaron para informarme de que la pala que yo había pedido y’a no la tenían y me ofrecieron una de categoría y precio superior sin tener que pagar nada extra. Como la primera opción que me dieron no me convenía, enseguida me ofrecieron otra que sí me convenció.
Responden a los correos enseguida y el envío me ha tardado solo 24h.
Por mi parte recomiendo!
