Eigentlich ein super Produkt. Bis dann mal was nicht funktioniert - die virtuelle Assistentin ("Lucy") ist die einzige Möglichkeit, den Kundendienst zu kontaktieren. Fragt einen ungefähr 10 Minuten lang irgendwelche Fragen, um sich dann nach Hochladen eines Fotos mit der Seriennummer aufzuhängen. Eine andere Kontaktmöglichkeit wird auf der Webseite nicht angegeben. Und auch hier hat schon jemand das Problem beschrieben - und eine Formantwort von Aktiia erhalten, man solle sich doch per Lucy melden. Was, wie beschrieben, nur bis zum Hochladen eines Fotos geht. Sehr witzig. Schade, dass der Support nicht so gut ist wie das Produkt.

Toller Resort, nur leider extrem teuer und in den Restaurants ist kaum ein Tisch zu bekommen wenn man nicht schon vor der Anreise reserviert hat.

Customer service is/was EXCELLENT
Customer service is/was EXCELLENT. My unit died just outside of warranty and they tried to fix it...that didn't work. Then they replaced it with a nearly new device. They are good with email responses. Free shipping to and from repair center. When it was working, it was very methodical, leaving perfect patterns as though a pro vacuumed the place.

He hecho un pedido online, con descuentos temporal y con recogido en la tienda de Norauto. Después 3 días del calendario, fines de semana incluido, Norauto mismo ha anulado mi pedido. Los descuentos han desaparecidos. Además no me han avisado antes, con mi pedido, que solo tenía 3 días del calendario, fines de semana incluido, para recoger mi pedido. La tienda está a 150km de mi casa, y los transportistas de Norauto no prestan servicio a mi dirección.

Germany haters? You can via VPN no matter whether Poland or Russia, Romania, or anywhere else in the world to call the site. Only blocked country via Cloudflare "Germany". Yes, I saw the addition in the header, only for US companies. But I'm in Germany on business at the moment and wanted to infominate. It can't be an oversight, because as I said you can access the site via VPN from any but really any country. Just not from Germany. You have to be a hater against this country. Also tried from several computers at friends and acquaintances. Therefore not recommended. One seems to want to hide something here. Because I work on the web and this blocking does not provide security against only one country. Because even from Russia I can access it. This is no obstacle for hackers. 2 semaines de livraison !
Ma commande datant du 24/04 n'est toujours pas réceptionnée, au 6 mai soit 7 jours ouvrés. On est bien loin de vos délais annoncés de 4-5 jours ouvrés. Ma commande n'a été expédiée qu'une semaine après sa validation et en plus le transporteur GLS reporte la livraison d'une journée supplémentaire avec un mail envoyé le jour prévu de la livraison initiale. Franchement une expérience bien insatisfaisante et encore je n'ai pas reçu ma commande, j'espère ne pas avoir à faire un retour si cela prend autant de temps !! Service à revoir. Merci de faire un geste commercial
