el pedido llego con 40 min de retraso y todos los ingredientes de la pizza todos fuera de ella, parece que se les cayo ademas estaban frias.

Order still not shipped after 9 days
I placed an order on March 13, and it still needs to be processed. So I'm already waiting for 9 days, and communication from Balr has been terrible. I received one e-mail to inform me about the delay, and it basically says that they have no idea when my order will be shipped. I really expected a much better service from Balr, which is marketing itself as a premium brand. I guess they still have a lot to learn about customer satisfaction...
