SON UNOS ESTAFADORES, hice una compra desde el 29 de marzo la cual me rechazaron y hasta la fecha no he recibido mi dinero, ahora dicen que supuestamente la entregaron CUANDO NO RECIBÍ NADA y el número de guía que envían para justificarse indica que se entregó en otro estado donde nisiquiera es donde puse mi información de envío

Exactly the same problem as everyone down below. Charged me automatic renewal of my annual subscription without informing me. In fact, they charged me on my old cancelled bank card and it still somehow went through to my transaction despite that i never provided my new bank card. They emailed me to update my details because the transaction couldn't go through yet for some reason it has without informing me!!! Difficult to contact their customer support to get a refund and even more difficult to cancel the actual account! Absolute SCAM would not recommend
