Company ZIWWIE.com (Ziwwieland Sl.) is not reliable - no solution or customer oriented approach with very poor communication.
Our situation: We ordered an oven, which should be delivered within 10-16 days. After two weeks we wrote several emails and made some phone calls, always with the response "we'll check" - but they never got back to us.
After 40 days (!) they wrote that the oven would be delivered within the next 2 weeks.
Because there was still no delivery after 2 weeks, we contacted again.
After 54 days (!) they said "we have no idea IF/WHEN it would be delivered".
Then their bad customer service started:
1. they offered us a similar product but we had to pay 27 EUR more (although their website had the products at 277 EUR and 297 EUR).
2. If not, the only option is to give our money back - which was less than we paid (due to a discount on a previous delivery).
So for their 54 days of delay / wrong information + non-delivery of the ordered product: 0.000 compensation was given, on the contrary, we lost a discount of 10 EUR.

You should be embarrassed and ashamed
I have had Viasat for 3 years now and the ONLY reason is because it was the only internet provider in my rural area. They did not properly explain that satellite internet is not the best when on a VPN and that other than days that are perfectly sunny 75 degrees with absolutely no wind, my service would be slow and often interrupted! When I called to disconnect my service as we finally have a much faster, more reliable & far less expensive service in our area; I was told they do not give any credit for partial months and they would not send out the box to return equipment until the day of my next billing cycle. I have worked in Customer Service for almost 30 years and this is absolutely not how you take care of a customer! I would be embarrassed and ashamed to think that the company I worked for would rather take money out of the pockets of hard working people rather than issue a credit that is deserved back to them. I would never recommend ANYONE to use this service as there has been no pleasant experience since the first day thru the last day of service.

You’ve made it literally impossible for…
You’ve made it literally impossible for me to buy from you. The basket won’t go through checkout until I remove unavailable items. However there is no indication which of the 9 items is unavailable. I’m not going to waste my time checking each item, having read people’s reviews here I don’t think some of the products are worth the hassle. It’s a shame because I liked the moisturiser and SPF. By the way, if you made your contact details available I would have come to you directly.

MAUI Sunrise PolarizedPlus2® technology, LOVE THEM! I've been wearing Maui Jim's since my first pair purchased in Maui for $25 on the boardwalk. Before we left Maui, I bought five more pairs! I purchased my first prescription Maui's for driving and sailing. They're great on the water, they truly cut the glare while driving at sundown, perfect in grocery stores as they're not too dark. And they're just cute love the pink mirror! I highly recommend these if you need a prescription. One of the silicone pads came off, called customer service and a pair were shipped out that day at no charge. Their customer service associates, department and policies are white glove all the way. They stand behind their products and always have. With five pairs, I'm a customer for life.
