I ordered in the Christmas time and was a bit scared after all the reviews. I ordered several pieces in different sizes, some pieces I kept some others I returned. The quality of the kept pieces is really good, esp. the feminine design and quality of material is awesome. For the returns it was said that it takes 28 days. I received the tracking numbers, could always track my returns. When the returns got stuck the customer service of Reiss was responsive within 24 hours max and helped me with the returns. Everything was refunded before time expired and they were really nice. I ordered already 3 times and would do it again.

I sent my phone for service in February. In the beginning, I received the answer that they have received my phone and someone will contact me. After that, I did not receive any replies to any of my emails. It is almost 3 months that I am without a phone. So I do not recommend buying anything because if something gets wrong you will have just problems.

Bad Customer Service Live Agent Experience
I'm a customer service rep myself and I was disappointed with a chat agent I had a conversation with named Leeyah. Left the chat in an instant without even asking if I had other concerns. Seems like she didn't want to go the extra mile in helping their customers. I could've given her a bad rate but my phone hang. Really, really disappointed.

Bis heute keine Testergebnisse bekommen. Auf E-Mail wird nicht reagiert, telefonisch ist keiner zu erreichen. Geld ist eingesackt, bisher nur Aufwand statt Leistung! Ich rate GANZ KLAR davon ab, Frechheit!

Muy mala calidad. Venden zapatos como es de piel, pero es sintética, y se roto por media año. No tienen garantía, no quieren devolver el dinero ni cambiar las zapatillas. Muy muy mala tienda. No pensaba que una marca tan famosa puede ser tan mala con sus clientes.
