Headboard Bedside tables
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE, EVERYTHING YOU RECEIVE WILL BE BROKEN IN SOME WAY.
Every order from Banak arrives broken in some way. After waiting 3 months for a headboard (they told me it would be 45 days) it arrives and there is a nail sticking out. Now they will replace it.... when a new one arrives in 60 days. Im guessing it will be broken too.
Today I received bedside tables. Both tables have skuffs on them and will need replacing. Dont bother with this store, horrible quality, overpriced, bad customer support.
All the 'deals' or 'discounts' they claim on their site are fake. If you observe the prices over a couple months you will see the discounts varry and the price is always the same. Sometimes a bed will be 400 euros with 25% off (now 300) or it will be 600 euros with 50% off (300 again). Untrustworthy business practices. AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE PLAUGEReview sobre: Huckberry
Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service which is dissapointing given how much I have spent with them over the years. Bought a $300 jacket from them, four months later after very light wear the stitching which forms the "quilted" element of the jacket started fraying, making it look old and cheap. Contacted Huckberry who said that as I was out of the 14 day return, there was nothing they could do. Offered me a $10 voucher, but I won't be using them again. Note how little they engage with the reviews on this website, a few token efforts but no real attempts to address issues. Update - Huckberry reached out to me and refunded the value of the jacket, which was good, but it's frustrating that it seemed to take a negative review here for something to happen.
