    ESTAFA DOMESTIKA PLUS

    También me uno a la queja de la ESTAFA de Domestika. Compré hace un mes un curso de oferta, y al de un mes, sin avisar ni nada, me cobraron me cobraron 92,70 euros ( yo nunca le di a ninguna prueba ni nada a domestika plus). Ahora no aparece ni el ultimo curso en mi lista de cursos, y me dicen que no soy miembro de Domestika plus ( no hay ningún correo ni teléfono para contactar, solo unas instrucciones para los problemas o pedir un reembolso). Lo mas gracioso es que, para que puedas pedir un reembolso, tienes que ir al apartado de domestika plus en tu lista para pedir reembolso, pero , oh! sorpresa! no soy miembro! Y cada vez que escribo a las instrucciones, y a las redes sociales, me derivan siempre al mismo punto, a las instrucciones de como pedir un reembolso, y no hay manera de salir de ahí y llevo como 10 mensajes intentando que me solucionen y no hay manera. Al final tendré que hacer una denuncia a la policía. Un montón de energía y tiempo para reclamar un procedimiento fraudulenta de esta empresa.

    Worst Customer Experience/Service

    Have dealt with them twice where their customer service is the absolute worst. First of all, they don't pick up their phones so good luck trying to reach out. Second, their emails will just disappoint you. They only respond to emails with words, not solutions. You're better off reaching out to your bank to dispute a charge when they've messed up.

    Great quality products

    Finding great quality male products at a good price is not easy. Typical proprietry brands are just not as good. I think the Horace range offer something a bit different, especially for someone like me in their late 50's. The intensive moisturiser is superb. I mix it with a bit of the mattifying one and my skin feels good all day. The information emails are also excellent and informative I will be buying more Horace products soon

    Serious mass not the same!

    I used to take the serious mass formula a few years ago and used it for years when bulking. It was a really good tasting shake, now I have tried it again a couple years later, they have completely changed the flavours not the same as it used to be. Unless they go back to how it use to taste, I wont use this product again. Not too sure why they changed it, it was a tasty product before especially the strawberry one, now it tastes so bad.

    Owners have destroyed this game!

    Owners have destroyed this game with each new update. Rewards are poor now and having destroyers that can remain invisible for an entire game even when they are within a km of you is utter garbage. Coming to the end with this game now! Don't bother playing.

    Charge you at least £5 for economy…

    Charge you at least £5 for economy delivery despite having a basket totalling almost £400. £8 for next day delivery!! Needless to say I abandoned the order and went somewhere else. Total cheek charging when you're paying for designer gear.

    Why have they changed the formula of the serious mass?

    The old formula of the serious mass flavours were the best especially the strawberry one the new formulas that they have now taste so artificial and have a weird aftertaste any chance you could go back to the original flavours? The new formulas are so bad

    Horrible la experiencia. Los repartidores mienten, dicen que han entregado el producto cuando no se han aparecido. Estoy situada en una de las zonas mas céntricas en un local comercial que abre 12 horas diarias y han venido por los menos unas 12 veces este año. Y tienen la cara dura de decir que no encontraron el lugar. Me han cobrado el pedido porque dicen que se hizo el reparto y que si quiero abrir una queja que me acerque a la oficina del consumidor. Es una vergüenza, Ojala no dependiéramos u apoyáramos a estas plataformas a las que solo les importa cobrar sus 3 euros por el delivery. He perdido mi dinero y me que quedado con hambre.

    Please avoid this company if you can, they are a fraud!! They will take your money and do everything in their power to avoid honoring their warranty when their vacuum breaks in less than a year. We have had our s7+ for 8 months now and the unit no longer works...customer service is TERRIBLE...they claim water damage caused the issue, but no water has ever touched this vacuum beyond the water reservoir. They make you pay to send it in to have it diagnosed, they tell you the issue is not covered under warranty, they tell you that you are financially responsible to fix it and if you want it fixed, get this, you have to send them money via PayPal to get it serviced. That is CRAZY!! Trust me when I tell you to please stick with companies like Neto, Shark, Roomba, etc. Do NOT buy this product. Below is the response from their "Customer Service Rep" Hi, Thank you for your waiting. Under rigorous examination from our technician, the problem of you vacuum is caused by water damage, which is not covered by our warranty. I'm afraid you need to pay for repair. Please refer to the attachment for the check report and pictures. The procedures are as follows: 1 If you agree to repair, please transfer new part+repairing service+return shipping fee ($157.12 in total) ) to our PayPal account (wangxuan@roborock). We'll fix it within 2-3 business days, ship it back and tell you tracking info after receiving the payment. 2 If you disagree to pay for repair or we did not receive the payment, we will ship it back without repairing. 3. If you do not need the robot anymore, kindly let us know and we will scrap the robot instead of sending it back. It's not suggested to repair robot that has liquid damage because it's a great cost and there is a big risk that unknown faulty may come with the robot in the future . Hope you could consider it seriously. If you really want to get it fixed, please transfer the payment to us as option 1 and we will replace damaged parts. May i know if you are interested in buying a new one or refurbished one? We are looking forward to your reply.

    Very pleased with the pallet forks

    Very pleased with the pallet forks. I have used them to move brush as well as 10' longs with a diameter of 18" with no issues. Although the forks are rated for 1,500 lbs. my tractor can only lift half that. But they are very soundly constructed and I feel confident they can handle any weight up to the max. rating.

    Worst TV ever

    Worst TV ever. Poor picture, poor positioning of Ethernet cable so you cannot access if on a wall bracket, keeps dropping WiFi which means I have to reset the router, and a company that’s had to spell their name. Would never buy one again a complete waste of money, you have been warned.

    Pedido no recibo.

    Hice un pedido hace 14 días,y sigo sin recibirlo,llamé dos veces atención al cliente, y muy buenas palabras pero no hay solución, son unos sinvergüenzas.

    19 de julio de 2020: compro en la tienda FNAC de Sevilla un altavoz Marshall Acton II (249 €).
    29 de julio de 2020: lo descambio en la misma tienda porque no funciona el bluetooh. No tienen más unidades y solicito la compra a través de su web a lo que me contestan EN LA TIENDA que no es posible; me reembolsan el dinero y en la puerta de la tienda compro a través de la web (repito, en la tienda me decían que ellos no me podían hacer la gestión) un altavoz Marshall Stanmore II QUE ESTABA DE OFERTA (249 €, mismo precio que el de la gama inferior).
    18 de septiembre de 2020: me escriben para decirme que lo sienten mucho pero no van a poder suministrarme el altavoz: «Por causas ajenas a nuestra voluntad nos vemos obligados a cancelar el siguiente artículo, ya que nuestro proveedor no dispone de más unidades.».
    3 de noviembre: el altavoz Marshall Stanmore II cuyas unidades estaban agotadas está en la web pero esta vez su precio oscila entre 339 € y 445 €.
    NI EN UN MERCADILLO TE HACEN UNA JUGARRETA ASÍ. ENHORABUENA, FNAC.

    No refund despite managers promise

    I went to the moco museum with a pre booked ticket with a timeslot. I was not please to find that even with the timeslot the queue was really large and according to the staff taking way over half an hour to go in. I did not expect this and didnt have the extra time to queue so asked the staff about the possibility of a refund. They said they could not refund me at the site and said I could email an address they gave explaining the situation and they would be able to process the refund. No doubt a month later I receivee an email back telling me I cant have a refund despite staff and the manager promising this. I should have asked for the name of the manager but wrongly thought that people can be trusted to represent their business. So I still have no refund despite not being able to go in the museum and lied to by the staff so they have my €18 to enjoy to themselves. Shameful.

    It is probably the best customer service I have ever received the person that dealt with my enquiry Abby O'Donnell, was superb I explained to her that my Mother bought Maui Jim sunglasses for me as a present but were not my style unfortunately my Mother was taken to Hospital and is quite unwell , I could not find the receipt and I could not ask her either so I explained this all to Abbey O"Donnell and she was brilliant I was asked to send them to her and she would replace them to the model I wanted she did not have to do that as I could not prove whee they were purchased, I am now awaiting my new glasses and I could not thank Maui Jim and especially Abby O"Donnell for her EXCELLENT service.
