I should have read the reviews before buying on the website... I was completely ripped off by this company. I bought an Alice Bag (worth approx. 500GBP) and it was faulty and of poor quality. It's a joke considering they call themselves a luxury company - I could get a better bag at Zara for 50GBP. But what followed afterwards was just unbelievable. The customer service ignored me for weeks and I had to send out several emails and cc in the actual Anine Bing (CEO). I then received a voucher of 25GBP which is just insulting. I literally lost 500GBP on a trashy bag and a company without standards or morals. Please don't waste your money on them... I used to love them for their designs but now I regret spending any penny on them and I'm so disappointed. The company will not survive for long if they keep scamming people and treat their customers so badly. And rightly so!

Très déçu
Très déçu. Utilise le site Veepee pour écouler des sacs non vendu en faisant de la vente mensongère. Je commande un sac Furla noir en cuir grainé (modèle My Piper L). Je reçois avant hier un sac Furla à moitié en cuir grainé, à moitié en cuir à poils... pas du tout ce que je souhaitait et ce modèle n'a d'ailleurs pas été commercialisé en Europe sauf en Pologne. Le montant de la commande était tout de même de plus de 220 euros. Aucun suivi au niveau du service client, impossible d'avoir le responsable de la vente au téléphone. Bref, une honte pour des marques "haut de gamme" comme Furla qui font maintenant de la vente mensongère
