    Problem promptly & satisfactorily resolved

    I have been buying James Wellbeloved dog biscuits for years, from independent retailers. Recently I have received goods that were close to, or even considerably passed, their Best Before date. This time I ordered directly from Wellbeloved. When they arrived the biscuits had only 2 months to reach their BBD. I contacted JW, the problem was resolved quickly, efficently and in a friendly manner by a customer services advisor. I received another pack free of charge (well within their shelf life) and asked to keep the first lot and use them or give them to charity. Good result!

    Extremely poor quality products

    My partner purchased a Reiss dress, wore it once, took it to a professional dry cleaner as per the attached instructions and then all the elastane threads ruptured. The dress is now completely unwearable. I've contacted Reiss multiple times regarding this material fault however they refuse to acknowledge that there is any issue with their product and have demonstrated no interest in finding a resolution. Avoid the poor quality products and terrible customer service provided by Reiss.

    Lovely villa in Nerja.

    Very helpful staff when booking our villa and transfers to and from the airport. Villa was as described on the website and was very comfortable. Easy access to the shops, restaurants and beached of the lovely resort of Nerja.

    Searadar helped very much with our last charter in Ionian. After the negotiation on the yaht they took care of every formal step between us and the boat chartering company.     Another one of these for this company. They automatically keep your credit card details and put you on annual renewals. No warning that there is a renewal coming at all. They play on this ability to gouge more money from their clients

    Started strong but faded quickly!

    Cooks very well but after a dozen or so uses the non-stick is no longer working well. Food is stuck on and even after a long soak it is a nightmare to remove.

    Avoid Or Be Prepared To Get Angry

    This company have one staff member here in the UK who is going under the false name of Shan. He is young and very inexperienced in customer service but is well-oiled in the art of blagging customers when it comes to missing orders, replacements or refunds. Take your time to read the countless reviews all saying they are being ignored when orders go missing. I have written a letter which I am going to send to the owners of Optimum Nutrition about the poor standard of service many people are experiencing here in the UK. The company head office will not be aware of this so I will be making sure they will be fully in the picture.

    I have had this crap for 1 year now and…

    I have had this crap for 1 year now and still not been able to record any movies. It just dont start. It just says starting and than stays still and spinn. If it starts, the movie has already been playing for 5 min. I have talked to support, but they just come with some do this and do that. Have you tried this....! I have tried everything!!!!! Now they believe I will buy the 2023 version.... Hahahaha!

    I didn't even put a dp, no personal info, even then I had plenty of likes and messages. It's a total joke, if it where real people they wouldn't like a dp with no photo, plus women are hypergamous so they only want the top men. It's a scam, they only want you to pay membership and if your dumb enough to do that they will think your stupid enough to keep the membership. They want your money, not for you to get laid.

    Great products, service and delivery!

    I've used Shine Armor products for a few years now so super keen to try the latest graphene ceramic spray. One of the advantages this company has over it's competitors (and I've used them, don't worry), is their great customer service and exceptional delivery service.     It has been proven this website has been getting its feed by scraping the website of a competitor and essentially stealing their data (do a search on Head for Points). This is not how you run a business. The data is therefore not nearly as up to date as it should be.

    Caution with this company

    I bought a Xiaomi smartphone at Honorbuy in April. After weeks, the USB debugging and charging via the cable no longer worked. After the question of whether I couldn't live with it (I can't, because I have to be able to charge the cell phone and who knows how it will develop in the long term), they agreed that the smartphone could be accepted for repair. I had to send it to Slovenia at my own expense, where it arrived on November 3rd. After 3! Inquiries by mail in mid and late November and at the end of December finally I got an answer. Because of Corona everything would be delayed, they would get in touch (even in Slovenia there was no lockdown for companies!). To a new request on January 24th they had a few questions about my problem that I had already answered in October and offered me to send the smartphone in. To my renewed e-mails that the cell phone has for over a quarter of a year been under repair, there was again no answer to this day. The service is chaotic, extremely bad and I am beginning to wonder if I will get the repaired cell phone at all. I strongly advise against the company! P.S. After 4 e-mails and finally a reference to this post, the Honorbuy Marketing manager got in touch. She informed me after 4 months that Honorbuy has no technician at the moment. Somebody actually found out that the cell phone was broken. She offered me a buyback for 200 €. I had bought the cell phone half a year before the defect for 514.39. Then I grudgingly agreed to the sum of 400 €, the PayPal fees of almost 24 € were of course not taken over. Conclusion: € 137.90 for the knowledge never again to order from a Chinese company and certainly not at all from Honorbuy. Ich habe im April bei Honorbuy ein Xiaomi Smartphone gekauft. Nach Wochen funktionierte das USB Debugging und immer wieder auch das Laden über das Kabel nicht mehr. Nach der Frage, ob ich nicht damit leben könnte (kann ich nicht, denn ich muss das Handy ja laden können und wer weiß wie sich das auf Dauer noch entwickelt) willigte man ein, dass das Smartphone zur Reparatur angenommen wird. Ich musste es auf eigene Kosten nach Slowenien schicken, wo es am 3.11. ankam. Nach 3! Anfragen per Mail Mitte und Ende November und Ende Dezember kam dann endlich eine Antwort. Wegen Corona würde sich alles verzögern, man würde sich melden (auch in Slowenien gab es bei Firmen keinen Lockdown!). Zu einer erneuten Anfrage am 24.1. hatte man einige Fragen zu meinem Problem die ich schon alle im Oktober beantwortet hatte und bot mir an, das Smartphone einzusenden. Auf meine erneuten Mails, dass das Handy ja schon längst in Reparatur ist und ich nun seit über einem viertel Jahr in Reparatur ist, kam erneut bis auf den heutigen Tag keine Antwort. Der Service ist chaotisch, extrem schlecht und ich frage mich allmählich ob ich das reparierte Handy überhaupt bekomme. ich rate dringend von der Firma ab! P.S. Nach 4 Mails und zuletzt einem Verweis auf diesen Beitrag meldete sich die Marketing Managerin von Honorbuy. Sie teilte mir nach 4 Moanten mit, dass Honotbuy im Augenblick keinen Techniker hat. Irgendwer stellte dann tatsächlich fest, dass das Handy kaputt ist. Sie bot mir einen Rückkauf für 200€ an, Ich hatte das Handy ein halbes Jahr vor dem Defekt für 514,39 gekauft. Zähneknrischend habe ich dann bei 400 € zugestimmt, die Paypalgebühren von fast 24€ wurden natürlich nicht übernommen. Fazit: 137,90 € für die Erkenntnis niemals mehr bei einem chinesischen Versand und schon garnicht mehr bei Honorbuy zu bestellen.

    Fantastic service

    I broke the arm of my glasses (totally my fault), they were repaired free of charge just £12 handling fee. I was told when glasses had arrived, when they had been repaired and when they were dispatched back to me. Excellent glasses and amazing customer service.

En el teléfono que tienen no contestan. No se quieren hacer responsables. Una estafa. No compréis. Le doy una estrella y porque no le puedo dar menos

    El problema con Pixmania es más que…

    El problema con Pixmania es más que grave. Esta opinión es como tienda vendedora en Pixmania. Desde comienzos de Noviembre (hace 5 meses a día de hoy) Pixmania no hace el pago correspondientes a los vendedores, con la excusa de que está modificando el sistema de pagos. Eso implica que cualquier vendedor (como nuestro caso) que ha recibido el pedido entrante y enviado el producto al cliente a partir de esa fecha, no ha recibido y probablemente no recibirá el cobro. El cliente cuando emite una compra, el pago es manejado y recibido por Pixmania y posteriormente es Pixmania quien completa el pago al vendedor. Desde dicha fecha los vendedores tenemos una perdida doble, no tenemos el pago de los pedidos y los productos ya han sido enviados a nuestros clientes. El servicio de atención al cliente se excusa constantemente y no dan información o contacto del representante legal actual. Esto es totalmente una estafa contra vendedores y clientes. Cómo puede un vendedor atender solicitudes de garantía o devoluciones si aún no ha recibido el cobro de las ventas desde hace más de 5 meses? La gran estafa francesa.
