La policia recogió una moto que yo había utilizado como último usuario, pero a más de 100 metros del lugar donde yo había aparcado. Me multaron; contacté con ellos para argumentar que no puede ser mi culpa si yo aparqué correctamente (tienen la foto), y el lugar de recogida fue a mas de 100 metros. No me escuchan, me cobran igualmente. Estoy indignado. Acabo mis minutos y me doy de baja del servicio cuanto antes.

I am such an idiot !!
I am such an idiot !! I almost always check reviews before I order something from a website for the first time, something I unfortunately didn't do on this occasion. I foolishly presumed a company like Crocs would be professional and at the top of their game with regard to their customers and the service they provide. My story is like all the other one star reviews so I would encourage anyone with thoughts of placing an order with crocs.eu to take the time to go to your local stockists or order from Amazon (which I have done previously without issue) or anywhere else but this company. The lack of customer service from crocs.eu is unbelievable!! Totally unresponsive to emails etc, except the one where I said I wanted to cancel the order. To which they replied that I couldn't cancel the order at this time,nothing else. If it ever arrives I will be returning it promptly.
