    Grasshopper equals Horrific Customer Service

    We were referred by a friend of ours to sign for Grasshopper. What a nightmare that was! We tried to sign up from 4 different pcs, 2 different laptops, from iPhone, from iPad, using legitimate businesses emails, all from different non VPN addresses, using all available browsers, and after 15 tries, we could not sign up for the service. We called Support and for our surprise, the response was: "There is nothing that we could do, due to our parameters, it will be not possible to create an account at this time". Well, in the year of AI, and sophisticated software it is really astonishing that a Internet company could not even take the steps to have this unique case, as "did not happen frequently" as the quote from Sales Support. Well if it was my company, believe me, my IT Department would need to find immediately the cause which prevented me to provide a Customer Service of Non-Excellence!

    Terrible customer service and delivery shambles

    Difficult to contact customer services, shambolic warehouse and no urgency or transparency in finding a resolution. We ordered a bed and mattress and delivery was confirmed for the 1st of December....we are still waiting on delivery confirmation after the initial order failed. This is unacceptable as its highly likely will not have any bed over the Christmas period. After spending a small fortune on a bed and having to sleep on the floor at Christmas is not the situation we expected to find ourselves in when dealing with Soho Home. It's been over two weeks of trying to get a resolution and no date set yet. Unacceptable, frustrating and unnecessarily stressful in the lead up to Christmas.

    Horrible customer service regarding my Kitchen aid refrigerator I purchased as just as the warranty expired I went through 2 ice makers and 2 compressors, not to mention two loads of food and it’s 8 weeks I still don’t have a ice maker still on order. I think in repairs and loss of food I’ve paid more for service calls than the refrigerator pushing 4k. The 2 customer service reps really didn’t care and basically said your warranty was up, oh well. What ever happened to the old Tappan brand and Fridgeadaire appliances that our Moms and Dads had that lasted 30 plus years.. I definitely got a lemon and they don’t care. Don’t buy there products, end of story,,

    Looks like a fake website. Beware

    Looks like a fake website. None of the 3 customer service numbers work. They send me a "One 5x7 photo book for 99 cents". However, when you place the order they charge you a lot higher without any explanation. I am not even sure they will actually ship my order. Beware !!!

    Wish I had checked Trustpilot before attempting to order. The online site is hopeless when trying to order and their customer support is even worse. Added an item to my basket and then went to checkout. Entered card details and the screen went blank. Contacted customer service through online chat. Explained the above and got a rather rude reply "what exactly went blank". I actually work in IT and thought I'd supplied enough info so tried to explain again in words of one syllable. Then got a reply which told me to try another device or browser even though I was using an Android phone with Chrome which is probably the most used combination out there. Expected more from a supposedly high end brand but obviously a classic case of trading on a name. In summary, their online presence is not fitting of their name. Avoid like the plague!

    Unleash the power within (online)

    Yesterday I finished did one of his Unleash the Power Within online events. If you are relatively new to self improvement then this could well be really beneficial. However if this isn't your first look at it, then there is actually relatively little new, groundbreaking or different (except for the jumping about and dancing, which was more fun than you'd think). The event I did was over 4 days and scheduled as 10am - 10pm EST. Every day over ran, and the amount of time you get for breaks is minimal. It is physically and emotionally exhausting, which isn't necessarily a bad thing - but just know what you are signing up for. I can see how some people could find this event really helpful, but it is by no means a one size fits all. There was a heavy focus on your finances or achieving "financial freedom" and If your not there for that (like I wasn't) then this part of it might not be too relevant to you. There was only one session that I would say could potentially have a negative affect and that was the one focused on resolving unhealthy personal beliefs. Having said that I did actually have a positive breakthrough on one of my unhealthy beliefs in that session. Doing the event has opened my eyes to the potential of doing immersive events, and there were bits I have taken away from it. I can see how some people would benefit from it and although I would do another immersive experience I probably would not do another one of his.

    I just read some of the negative…

    I just read some of the negative reviews about the customer service and wonder if we’re talking about the same company. I had an issue and it was solved very quickly and efficiently. I bought 2 pairs of the same shorts, one for me and the other for my son - 2 different sizes. Both were tight and were exchanged for a larger size. The exchanges were processed faster than expected and both look and fit great.

    Disappointing treatment

    I spent time during the trial to build some of the elements of my course. 3 days ago they sent an email which I did not see saying my work was scheduled to be deleted unless I upgrade. No time frame mentioned. I did not see this and just checked - it is all gone. I will be starting my school soon, but it will not be with this company. ETA: The company has been helpful in looking into this for me. I still don't like that I lose access to my work so quickly if I don't upgrade then they will delete.

    Great for oily skin!

    I love the Porefining Face Mask, helps keep my oily skin at bay. At first, it felt drying on the skin, but understandably as in a full skincare routine you have to seal it with moisturiser. Definitely I'd recommend! 👍

    I buy a lot of sneakers

    I buy a lot of sneakers. I sell a decent amount of sneakers. I order from lots of sites, but never again from Champs. Champs canceled my order altogether after sending me an email confirmation and charging my card. I waited a full week before they sent me an email saying that they didn’t have the shoe in stock. When I called customer service, a woman told me that there’s nothing that can be done. Terrible timing for me, costed me over $100 since I had to cancel a resell. Not worth ordering from Champs ever again since there’s a chance that they’re going to drop my order. Goodbye old friend.

    UN ENGAÑO DENUNCIABLE

    NEDGIA , es la Distribuidora de GAS, en mi caso en Vigo (Pontevedra).
    Mi Distribuidor es NATURGY.
    Dejan en papel el cualquier lugar del portal y a pesar, de que en mi caso, envío mediante la APP de NATURGY o llamo para dar la lectura.
    Desde el mes de Julio del 2.018, me han llegado facturas de 370€, 375€, 907€ y 854€.
    Con la consiguiente reclamación a NATURGY.
    Y SOLO TENGO UN CALENTADOR DE GAS.

    Me imagino a las miles de personas que les llegan algunas de estas facturas y no saben cómo hacer o reclamar y pagan esos importes.

    DENUNCIA ANTE LA ADMINISTRACIÓN
