We had an incident upon arrival, which required an ambulance and A&E in Paphos. There was no first aid box in the villa, no notice with a phone number to call and when finally discharged from A&E no spare bedding to use for a patient in shock. Solmar UK helpline were great and arranged to get extra bedding, villa owners were very kind and caring. Then we received a visit from Solmar's manager for Cyprus who when told there was no first aid box, informed us NO Solmar villas on Cyprus have them. I was shocked and challenged her, was told maybe in UK but not here. Our son was using his phone and found that it is a requirement by law for all rental properties to be given first aid box. I was in tears and went outside before I got emotional and angry. The rep then spent 20 mins on the phone in the garden, went then to her car without saying a word. I went to her car and told her we weren't going to talk anymore and that we would deal with it back in the UK. She said she was waiting for her colleagues to ring her back. After being back and getting the fracture dealt with by NHS, we got in touch with Solmar UK and explained our shock and horror at what turned into a holiday nightmare, an expensive one. They rang and said the representativ was wrong about the first aid boxes and an email had been sent out to ensure all villas had them. We feel aggrieved and suspect a cover up. The manager was adamant about no first aid boxes and the reply from UK solmar did not actually contradict that. Given that it IS a requirement in Cypriot law for all rental properties it's shocking. The holiday villa was lovely, thankfully as we spent the whole time there not how we envisaged the holiday. The villa owners were lovely and the views amazing. Would I trust or recommend Solmar, no which is a shame as we felt that it was a trustworthy company with a good reputation.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. I was sent the wrong item in my parcel. Tried several times to contact them via the online help but continuing to say off line. An email was sent to them but haven’t heard back in 3 days.

Order problems
I love Me + Em clothes but I find their online ordering problematic. I like ordering on my mobile phone as I can scroll through in comfort but at the final stage the order never goes through. I’ve just spoken to my card company who was adamant (for the third time in three months) it was Me + Em not them. It’s always the same with no problem with other retailers. I think it must be something in their ordering process.

Super mais l’argent pars très vite J’ai installé le jeu en 2020 (car je ne savait pas quoi faire en confinement) Et mes debuts on été une catastrophe! Non seulement tu ne peux jouer gratuitement que jusqu’au niveau 5 et après il faut payer. J’ai finalement acheté le pass star rider et je ne m’en lasse pas mais j’ai dépenser plus de 100€ dans un jeu vidéo pour: les chevaux,équipements,star coins ect… Bref super jeu mais il est cher
