    Bad experience

    Bad experience. Tried to put through an order for hours on their website. Then at some point the site suggested that I call the customer service line. So I did and put through the order through the phone. At no point did they mention that the prices were in USD and, since the website was all in CAD, I assumed the service standard would be the same. It wasn't. I ended up pleasantly surprised with the total amount so I added more. Then I looked at my credit card statement and I was charged $30 CAD more than quoted. When I contacted customer service, they couldn't cancel the extra item and they wouldn't do anything to make it right. One customer service representative I talked to said that everyone knows it's in USD so they don't tell their Canadian customers, even when it's their first time ordering. Turns out it will also be my last time ordering because it was such a bad experience.
