La peor soporte de aplicación en la que puedes encontrar en tu vida
Primero el app parece muy bueno y facil, con los programas y ejercicios,etc. La problemas empiezan cuando quieres canbiar o cancelar el plan. Me han conrado 80 euros despues que yo he cancelado el plan y lo ha cambiabo al otro. La compania me ha enviado la confirmacion de cancelacion y la confirmacion que mi plan estaba canbiado y despues me han cobrado 2 veces y todavia no me quieren devolver el dinero.
Esta actitud hacia sus clientes fue un completo cambio para mí, ya no quiero usar esta aplicación.
Y aunque el producto en sí no era malo, ignoran por completo su error y dicen que es culpa mía.Review sobre: ArchiProducts
Me siento estafada
Desde el 25 de noviembre 2022, cuando page el encargo, sigo hoy día (el 6 de enero 2023) sin recibirlo. Solicite la explicación, me contestaron:” Tal y como se indica en la confirmación del pedido, el envío está previsto a partir del 2 de enero, ya que esperamos recibir el producto del fabricante en estos días.” Y que me enviarían un mail en cuanto se lo manden. Pero inicialmente, cuando lo encargaba, ponían fechas fijas de entrega. Ahora solicite otra vez la explicación de lo ocurrido. Estoy a la espera… Mientras tanto han cambiado la información en la página sobre mi pedido. Ahora pone “ Retraso de producción comunicado por String Furniture. A la espera de nueva fecha de entrega”. O sea, no se sabe cuando lo voy a recibir, si lo voy a recibir finalmente. Y lo tengo pagado desde hace mes y medio! Me siento estafada! Gracias por su respuesta. Pero no me han aclarado nada. Supongo que existen obligaciones u responsabilidades del productor ante ustedes, como, por ejemplo, fechas de entrega de un producto pagado con antelación. A lo que se refiere a su invitación de seguir usando su tienda, no veo ningún motivo en la situación actual de tener ganas de hacerlo. Me gustaría cambiar de opinión sobre ustedes, pero por ahora lo veo imposible. A la espera de mi producto….

Great service and products!
I ordered online in the sales, and have had a few issues, but Lime Crime customer service have been super quick at sorting them. One parcel went missing with the UK courier, they promptly sent a replacement, one item had been missed when they packed, which they sent out the day after I let them know. Quick response to emails, and fab products :)
