Such a memorable stay
We had an amazing stay at The Windsor to celebrate our daughters 21st Birthday. I would especially like to thank Anjelica L- our contact at the Cudo Holiday Support Team for correcting the room names on our 2 room bookings so that my daughters`s partner could come in early and decorate her room. The Windsor is an amazing place to stay, full of ornate detail and so much history. Our stay was accompanied by an inclusive daily A la carte breakfast - which was absolutely delicious. I would thoroughly recommend staying at the Windsor, it was such a memorable getaway.

Mich interessieren Fachzeitschriften
Mich interessieren Fachzeitschriften. Ich finde dazu viele Zeitungen zu den Themen Radfahren, Computer, Fotografie und Audio. Ich vermisse leider die Fachzeitschrift c't vom Heise-Verlag. Ich hatte gelesen, dass diese demnächst bei Readly zu lesen ist. Kann man da hoffen?

This company recieved payment of my ppi tax refund. Very quick taking my details and approaching the tax office. The tax office confirmed money owed sent to Broosdale. The link Brooksdale sent didn't work and they never replied to emails and have no phone contact details which connected. Beware of this this company.

Also erstmal... Abo mit Business Plan gekauft um eine Google Workspace Email zu kriegen. Versucht zu konfigurieren, Fehlanzeige seitens Squarespace. "Registration Failed. Erneut versuchen". Paar Stunden gewartet und erneut probiert, wieder nichts. Support hat auch nicht geantwortet. Und das schlimmste und ekelhafteste ist einfach, dass beim Kauf nicht reingeschrieben wird, dass man trotz stornieren sein Geld nicht wiederbekommt beim monatlichen Abo. Was soll das? Designtechnisch auch eingeschränkt. Viel rumgeklicke ohne wirklich was cooles für sich designen zu können.

I used to be a big Orvis customer. No longer.
For years I was a big Orvis customer. I have a closet full of Orvis jackets, shirts, pants. Their prices were higher but the quality was there, I thought. But lately Orvis has deteriorated. I ordered a pair of jeans six weeks ago. They still have not arrived. I ordered some sweatpants a month ago. Still waiting. No ability to track the shipment, and no one to talk to. I am finished with Orvis. I guess they went "woke" instead of focusing on customer service.

The refusal to cover what is clearly a manufacturing defect has shattered my confidence in Maui Jim.
I've been a long-time fan of Maui Jim sunglasses, appreciating their quality and craftsmanship. However, my recent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite taking great care of my sunglasses, one of the lenses cracked under normal use. Even the specialty glasses shop where I bought them confirmed that it was a non-provoked damage. Unfortunately, Maui Jim refused to honor the warranty for the broken lenses, claiming it was outside their coverage. The customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful, and it felt like they were simply reading off a script instead of addressing my concerns. What truly baffles me is that a brand priding itself on quality and customer satisfaction failed to deliver on either front. The refusal to cover what is clearly a manufacturing defect has shattered my confidence in Maui Jim. I would caution potential buyers to consider other options if you're looking for a pair of sunglasses that come with reliable customer service and warranty protection.

Apartment rental - would NOT recommend
Save yourselves from a very expensive lesson!
No malice here, just an honest review based on my own personal experience.
First, none of their "emergency" numbers go through at all. This is a major red flag. Is any organization that provides a list of numbers that are all blocked and never work, serious about helping customers Something is clearly amiss here.
Second, if the landlord enters misleading information on the site and you as the tenant get into a bind as a result, Spotahome will side with the landlord and emphasize their no-refund policy.
Third, I lost about 300 Euros staying in a hotel despite the fact that I had paid the full month's rent because the landlady changed the move-in date and Spotahome wouldn't intervene.
Fourth, when I arrived in the apartment, the landlady told me I had to pay an extra 350 Euros immediately or leave. Let me explain. Spotahome requires you to pay them an agency fee and one month's rent. They then give you the exact amount that you need to pay for your stay. All this happens before you can see the apartment, meet your landlord, or sign the rental agreement.
What this means therefore, is that the landlord can take advantage of you. They can wait till they know it is too late for you to claim a refund from Spotahome and then charge you any amount they wish. They know it was not what you originally agreed with Spotahome. But they also know that you cannot backtrack without losing the rent and agency fee you paid. This was exactly what happened to me.
Fifth, after my tenancy period was over, I sent photos as evidence that there was no damage to the apartment. Yet to date, despite numerous attempts, I have never received any of the 1,100 Euros I paid as deposit back. The landlady promised to transfer the money to my account and then blocked my number after I left. When I finally managed to reach her by using a different number she did not recognize, she told me she will never pay me back. Then she hung up and blocked that number as well.
On another occasion after my arrival in a different city, I was shown into a cold, dark room that was completely different from what I originally selected on their site. As stated before, the landlord can switch things around like this at the drop of a hat and the tenant has no recourse whatsoever, because money has already changed hands and there's the no-refund policy.
So bear in mind that at any stage of the leasing process, once money is gone from your account and something unexpected happens, you are on your own.
The abovementioned landlady and others like her are still posting their apartments on Spotahome. Their agenda is to swindle and defraud the public and they know they are criminals in the eyes of the law. However, the platform gives them the freedom to continue with the malpractice and claim more victims.
I do not recommend this service and would advise anyone seeking accommodation to contact a company that truly understands the hospitality industry and has reputable customer service. Again, save yourselves from a very expensive lesson!Review sobre: NOMAD Goods
Don't buy anything from Nomad Goods
Leather cases are made with extremely cheap materials and leather will rip and tear from normal usage. Mine ripped in less than 2 days and customer support refused to replace or refund the product--offering a rather cold reply to my inquiry. Spend your money elsewhere. Order #4201089688 for anyone at Nomad who sees this and wants to stand behind their product.

Scammy - hard to cancel subscription
Scammy. They make it EXTREMELY difficult to cancel your subscription. Even with the "original order#" from YEARS ago they required, the process did not work. Subscription management is a basic function. Making it as hard as it was is clearly a tactic to retain users out of frustration.

I buy lots of overpriced designer products but only one order from D&G so far and most likely forever. One £600 pair of shoes, which were worn twice before big cracks appeared all over the paper thin 'plasticky' coating which gave them their colour/pattern. I could have gone almost anywhere and spent no more than £30 and got a better made pair of shoes designed to at least last a few months. When you pay these prices you know the brand name is the reason for the high price, but you at the very least expect a decent quality product and not some cheap piece of sh**

Return Issue
I had an issue with returning an item to Huckberry. Pay close attention to this company when sending in a return, because if you are like me, you were expecting them to automatically apply the refund to your credit card. Unfortunately, that was not the case for me. Thankfully I looked on my credit card statement about a month after sending in the return and had noticed that I did not get the refund yet. The refund ended up 'not going through' and only went through because I had asked them about it. Thankfully, they did not give me any trouble with the return credit after asking, but it would have been nice to not have had to worry about it in the first place.

we used Pestana. They run Vila Sol golf which has turned from a lovely club to an overplayed mess. they have gone from 8 holes to 27 and put 36 holes of tee times on it. DO NOT PLAY we came off the course after nine holes having paid for 18.

Das Smartphone wurde per Luftfracht von Muggia/Italien nach Leipzig gelifert und das am Freitag abend nach 22.00Uhr. Leider liefert DHL Express am Sonnabend nicht aus. Montag war das Gerät dann da. Keine extra Zoll Gebühren, die waren in den 35€ Versankosten schon mit drin! Kontakt war in Englisch.
