My experience with Iskysoft
This is software that has three functions: video converter, video downloader and video player. I got a free version (with license giveaway) for six months now. I tested the download function and I am satisfied in comparison with other programs of this type. The video conversion function is effective. I say no more: try it and you will see what is capable "iskysoft". For me it is a great software. For now it is the windows version I know. I want to try the macintosh release. Congratulations to the creators and full success to your company.

I have been using iskysoft for a couple of years now and really like it. I have been able to download a number of videos, mostly from YouTube, but a few that were not and have obtained great results! I especially liked it when my eldest brother died and my other brother put a video about his life on Facebook, and I was able to obtain a full, clear copy of that video for my own private library. What a wonderful memory I have on a DVD, that I would never have been able to get without Iskysoft!
Iskysoft Software Products are Useful for Everyone!
Hi Everyone, This is Sam and i am gonna tell you only one thing regarding Iskysoft Products as i have already use 1 product and having great experience with it. So i wanna just say that it's truly remarkable to have a software product like Slideshow Maker for Window an Amazing!!! Product I love it and always recommend it to all of my dear friends and family members and off-course you too. I am pretty sure you will love Iskysoft Lovely Products.
I love their software!
I have been using a variety of video editing programs for several years and I say without hesitation that iSkysoft is one of my faves by far. It offers a cool variety of text & badges options, excellent filters & overlays plus a rocking collection of transitions. If you are into video editing and are looking for software that is easy to understand and apply, I highly recomend checking out iSkysoft.

Thieves. iskysoft.com must be hurting for revenue because they are now kiting card numbers and trying to run multiple transactions at various dollar amounts until they hit an approval on a child's Greenlight card. We've never even heard of iskysoft.com until these charges starting appearing against the card number, clearly stolen. Nobody would profit from running multiple $9 to $5 attempted charges on the same day to iskysoft but iskysoft.com so it seems they've resorted to theft to keep the doors open.

There was a time when I almost switched from I phone to Android, due to tackling with the hassle of ITunes and the relentless Sync Task... ISkysoft makes it as easy as owning any other device by allowing me to drag and drop all content to my device. No log in, no Sync, no restore... Just lets me do what I need to do quickly... Been a faithful user since Iphone 3G... Awesome Stuff guys! Thanks
iMedia Converter Deluxe
From writing code in BASIC in the 80's to today, it's safe to say my tech skills have fallen into disuse. Now, I want software that is easy to learn and easy to use. I had a bit of learning curve with iMedia Converter Deluxe, but once past that small (really small) learning curve, have found it super-easy to use, very streamlined, efficient, and powerful. Highly recommend.
Iskysoft
If you ever need an editing software that is not too "pro" or too complicated, iSkysoft is definetaly something that I recommend. It it really easy, even though it looks a little bit cheesy. But there are so many things that can be done with it, you just have to play around with it until you get the hang of it. I bought it and I don't regret it.
Fantastic software perfect for anyone
I LOVE iSkysoft software due to the range of tools you can use and the quality of all end products. It is extremely easy to learn to use for anyone just starting out on editing however still caters to the needs of those further on in this area. Overall it is fun, easy and very good quality for anyone and everyone, would highly recommend it.

WORTHLESS AND SCAM
WORTHLESS AND SCAM. I just looked at my statement and they charged $79 on my bank account without my permission. I did not renew at all. I signed up a year ago but they kept cancelling the access after a month or two so I gave and decided that was money gone, but I WILL NOT RENEW. Then suddenly, this "thank you for renewing" I DID NOT RENEW. You can't contact them because everything is NO REPLY. Trying to contact them requires a PIN NO. from them which when you enter, will say sorry EXPIRED. They know you are going to dispute the charge so THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING TO STUMP YOU. IT'S A SCAM. They are from ENGLAND. Don't get suckered in. The review below which says this they use avangate and create an account to cancel the subscription is BAD ADVICE. Don't do it or you will get scammed again.
Product was seriously disappointing
Product was seriously disappointing. I needed to retrieve files and pictures. Followed instructions to the letter. 13 files recovered but could not open one of them. Tried again and again with same crappy results. Though they advertise that you can get a refund, don't believe it. I sent them all the information they needed and still no refund. Total waste of money.

DO NOT BUY Any of ISKYSOFT PRoducts - Poor & Bad Customer Support
Downloaded and installed as the instructions stated for Iskysoft Recovery IOS and Android. Use it in trial version to transfer one mobile to another seemed to work in demo mode. I then purchased at great expense their product £170 and this is where my problems happened. My product on Windows 10 didn't fully activate and have spent numerous times on support email getting anywhere and cannot get a resolution. They don't even have a sametime / instant message so all correspondance have to be by email / costly phone. Even a password reset to my accounts do not work via their URL and you have to wait several days to get the next response from them. They are reluctant and slow to resolve the situation, all I want now is their software off my machine and a refund. Extremely unhappy with Iskysoft don't repeat my mistake of wasting several hundred pounds / dollars / euros purchasing their goods - source your items else where and avoid ISKYSOFT at all costs. Their support at moment is non functional, poor, slow and painful, they don't seem to deal with customer complaints or software issues - all I want now is for a full refund.
Cancelling Auto Subscription
If you're wondering how to cancel an auto renewing subscription, going through their tech support isn't very helpful, however I did find out some things after looking at the wondershare support center. iSkysoft uses avangate to handle their orders. Your payment method is saved with them. You can look up your order by searching the email/card that you used for the order. You can create a free account to delete the subscription and payment information. I received a confirmation email from isksoft confirming that I cancelled the yearly renewal. Hope this helps
