    Excelentes, y eso que tuve que cancelar

    No puedo emitir queja alguna. Después de leer las opiniones negativas, estaba asustado porque debía cancelar mi reserva y temía que me dieran el bono y no me reembolsaran. Se han portado de maravilla. En cuanto he realizado la cancelación me han emitido un bono de los 50€ que había adelantado, más un extra de 15%. Al decirles que no iba a usar el bono, que el viaje estaba cancelado, ha sido cuestión de minutos lo que han tardado en emitirme el abono. No hay queja alguna.

    Pues has estado de suerte por que a mi me han bloqueado la cuenta con este concepto:
    Crédito para futuras reservas Su crédito para futuras reservas restante es € 49.80.
    Y mi motivo también puse por cancelación de viaje, son unos sin verguenza, y ahora lo que haré será anular la targeta porque no me fio ni un pelo de ellos, a mala hora intentamos alquilarles el coche

    Me pasó igual. Estafadores!!! Lamento no haber leído reseñas antes de reservar con esta seudoempresa. Una empresa fantasma que se queda con el dinero de la gente!!!!

    Pues menuda suerte la tuya. Que te hayan contestado ya es un milagro.

    Frustrating!

    I placed an order for a Santa Suit with expedited shipping. A couple of hours later I decided to cancel the order. I sent two emails requesting to cancel the order and received no response. The next day the item was shipped. My request was ignored. After receiving the item (still no response to my initial 2 emails) I contacted them again through the chat interface and the costumer service representative directed me to the "returns" page on their website. No attempt to further help or gesture of sympathy. I completed the requested form and sent the item back. I spent an additional $15.62 on this shipping. A few days later I received an email from Rakuten (I made the purchase through them) saying that they too had problems reaching them, but they would issue a refund to me and no return was necessary. This was after I had already spent additional money to return it to them. All this hassle could have been avoided if I had gotten a prompt response from them on the first place. I will make sure to share my experience with others so they stop and think before making a purchase from them. This was both, disappointing and frustrating. This should never happen in an online transaction. How hard can it be to reply to an email from a client? Bad business practice. If you do purchase from them, make sure it is something you are 100% sure you will not have to return. Otherwise, you are on your own!
