Always fantastic customer service/ user experience. I had an issue with an item sent to an old address, it was sorted promptly when I called and redelivered the next day. I order all my higher end goods from here as they also use Amazon shipping, who have the whole delivery process down to a T. Keep up the good work!

Used this software for the last 20…
Used this software for the last 20 years, but it has steadily been going downhill in the last 2 years. Will be requesting a refund and look at other options. Crashes daily, online documentation doesn't fix issues, customer service takes weeks to respond and only interested in closing tickets not fixing issues.

How shameful when a large respectable…
How shameful when a large respectable company like Sand & Sky miss represent themselves by putting a promotion on a product but do not hold up their end, then to email me to inform me they no longer have any of the promotion product(convenient) I do have photography evidence of this shameful behaviour. Please be careful Sand & Sky customers out there
