Shambolic, hopeless customer service.
Tried to order a simple on off switch for a Karcher K4 pressure washer. Couldn’t find it online so tried to contact Karcher - they ask you to use wattsapp messaging but it comes back all operators are busy then an hour later “there are no agents available “ and so on in a continuing loop - just where have they all gone? Eventually someone replied on X (twitter) and quoted a price and asked for my details. Then someone else emailed asking for the part number via a parts list sent to me. The switch is not on the parts list, I queried this to be told it’s only available as part of a larger, much more expensive electrical box. An hour later they came back saying it was available and quoted another price. I called to order it to be told it had to come from Germany and would be at least 5 weeks to get to me. Not sure what type of service this is but I know I’ll never buy another thing from them. Total shambles

Me Cancelan el vuelo y no me quieren regresar el costo del billete integro, cosa que es ilegal, solo te dan largas y lo unico que me ofrecen es un bono, un rembolso de los impuestos o un billete abierto por un año. QUIERO MI DINERO!!!!!
