    Company ZIWWIE.com (Ziwwieland Sl.) is not reliable - no solution or customer oriented approach with very poor communication.

    Our situation: We ordered an oven, which should be delivered within 10-16 days. After two weeks we wrote several emails and made some phone calls, always with the response "we'll check" - but they never got back to us.
    After 40 days (!) they wrote that the oven would be delivered within the next 2 weeks.
    Because there was still no delivery after 2 weeks, we contacted again.
    After 54 days (!) they said "we have no idea IF/WHEN it would be delivered".
    Then their bad customer service started:
    1. they offered us a similar product but we had to pay 27 EUR more (although their website had the products at 277 EUR and 297 EUR).
    2. If not, the only option is to give our money back - which was less than we paid (due to a discount on a previous delivery).

    So for their 54 days of delay / wrong information + non-delivery of the ordered product: 0.000 compensation was given, on the contrary, we lost a discount of 10 EUR.

    Therefore, DO NOT order NOR TRUST what this company advertises or says.
