The worst airline I ever took, out of very many. Including because in case of problem of their responsibility they not only don't help the passengers but even refuse to apply EU law (they even dare to reject a decision by a Madrid Court of Justice, based on that law).
We will never take it again and would take (and have taken since) other companies even if more expensive.
