live in Spain and on the 23 October I ordered and paid for a standard distance pair of glasses which still have not been delivered by their chosen courier SEUR

I still do not have these glasses even though on 4 separate occasions delivery was promised with excuses including, van broke down, wrong address and that we were not at home, all lies

This companies support has been unacceptable, they could have managed the process, they didn’t and now they are stalling on a refund so today I will ask for a chargeback

Do not buy from this company, they ship from Hong Kong and offer poor service but lots of excuses
