I have completed a booking through Booking which was done selecting 4 persons from beginning to the end. What appears to be the issue is that Belvilla is asking me now to pay an additional 30 Euros to add 2 more persons as they consider the booking to have been made for 2 only. Luckily I have screenshots taken that prove the booking was completed as such for 4 persons. Still it looks extremely hard to get in touch with Belvilla who threaten to cancel the booking if I am not paying the additional 30 euros.
They haven't looked at the issue and they are not answering the phone (which seems not to exist anymore)
