Unbelievable customer service, super fast delivery, best price.
Unfortunately the wrong item was sent, it arrived within 24hours of ordering.
I contacted Poly juegetes via email, they replied within minutes which was amazing, we had the whole issue resolved in literally 5 minutes of the delivery being made. The customer service was efficient, decisive and clear.
The following day the incorrect toy was taken away and the correct one delivered all in much less than 24hours.
I would highly recommend this company and i look forward to buying from them again.
Other companies would do well to follow in their example.
