Wrong address for pick-up, rental office was closed, and a month later still waiting for a refund
The address they gave us to pick up the car was an old address where the company had moved several months, if not years ago. We then drove to the new address but the office there was closed so no way to collect the car.
We called to complain and were told we would receive a refund. A month later, we haven’t received the refund and their emails are so badly translated they don’t make sense.
