    Horrible service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. It has been the worst experience of my life so far. I bought a closet, and it arrived broken - just one piece. The assembly team refused to assemble it, citing a lack of responsibility. It has now been a month, and despite my weekly calls and emails, the San Sebastian store in Madrid keeps feeding me lies. Every week, they claim they don't have the replacement because it depends on the manufacturer. They even told me that the manufacturer is unresponsive to their inquiries. What an incapable bunch of people! All they do is give me the runaround.

    I will definitely never buy from them again, and I will warn people as much as I can. Right now, my main goal is to sever ties with this company. If they don't resolve this issue by the end of this week, I will file a complaint for violating EU laws. I've proposed various solutions: 1. Bring me a new closet, 2. Take the broken piece from the closets in your stock, and you can wait for a replacement piece. This way, you have a happy customer who would be willing to write a positive review. However, it seems they don't care about negative reviews. It's strange, though, because they responded to my negative Google review within minutes. Not to my email about my closet, but to the review. There seems to be no end to their mistreatment of clients. RUN, RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PEOPLE
