I bought a couch online. The delivery was absolutely terrible! Since I am on an Atico, the delivery company made me sign a phrase stating that during the delivery if any issue happens to the product it will be my responsibility. The delivery guys first broke a vase in the building entrance then harmed the building wall and finally BROKE THE ELEVATOR because they were trying to put everything way too much to not to carry themselves upstairs! But in Banak´s website you have to pay 59,99€ for "PREMIUM" delivery which causes more money for you with broken building expenses!
The product is not the best but good for price/quality.
Not because of the product but because of this terrible delivery experience I won´t buy from them ever again!
