Super nice furniture, but (in spain) unable to deliver if you live in the mountains or campo. They work with the worst and laziest delivery company (SEUR) Always the same problem: they can't find your house or they say you are not at home and then you have to come and pick it up. Try to bring a dining table in your car... If you contact support, they will apologise and TRY to help you. But trying is not enough and apologies don't get the furniture to your house...their proposal was that as the courier company would not deliver a second time, they would withdraw the order and resend it using the SAME courier company (SEUR)? This is like running into the same wall twice and wondering why it hurts...very efficient and let's not forget: very environmentally friendly. ... Instead of waiting another week or more for a new delivery appointment and maybe ending up in the same situation as now, and again having to contact support etc, etc, etc,... I decided to take control, hired a van and did the collection myself from the SEUR collection point. It cost me 2 hours of my time and a van, but I delivered! 🙂 First but also the last time...
