17 Days and still not resolved.
My hopes were raised yesterday when I posted on Druni Facebook page and they eventually got back to me to ask for my order number so they could look into the matter. Of course, nothing has happened since and no other reply. How long does it take to look into this matter and see what went wrong, then resolve it by returning my money?
I placed my order with Druni on 4 July and as usual they said it would arrive within 3 working days.
I have sent numerous messages to them every day asking what is happening and all I get is an automated response saying we will look into it and get back to you. They never get back to me!
I have asked for a refund of my money and as usual I got an automated reply saying they would look into it and get back to me. Of course they still haven't replied to that one either
As a last resort I have raised a case through PayPal as I used them when I placed the order. I am still awaiting their reply to this case as well!
The customer service has been terrible and the so called Help Desk has not been any help at all. All they do is send automated messages with no personal contact.
What a dreadful way to treat a longstanding customer. It seems that it is a good service until something goes wrong and then it fails miserably. Beware of Druni customer services!
P.S. Despite my telling Druni several times each day that I no longer wanted the order I just want my money back and that I would refuse to accept the order if it came. Yes, you've guessed it, yesterday afternoon the courier arrived with my order and I told him I did not want it.
Does nobody at Druni or on their so called "Help Desk" actually read what I have been saying for days now?

Mis esperanzas aumentaron ayer cuando publiqué en la página de Facebook de Druni y finalmente me respondieron para pedirme mi número de pedido para que pudieran investigar el asunto. Por supuesto, no ha pasado nada desde entonces y ninguna otra respuesta. ¿Cuánto tiempo lleva investigar este asunto y ver qué salió mal y luego resolverlo devolviendo mi dinero?
Hice mi pedido con Druni el 4 de julio y, como de costumbre, dijeron que llegaría dentro de los 3 días hábiles.
Les he enviado numerosos mensajes todos los días preguntando qué está pasando y todo lo que recibo es una respuesta automática que dice que lo investigaremos y nos pondremos en contacto con usted. ¡Nunca me contestan!
Solicité un reembolso de mi dinero y, como de costumbre, recibí una respuesta automática que decía que lo investigarían y me responderían. Por supuesto que todavía no han respondido a eso tampoco.
Como último recurso, he planteado un caso a través de PayPal, ya que los usé cuando hice el pedido. ¡Todavía estoy esperando su respuesta a este caso también!
El servicio de atención al cliente ha sido terrible y el llamado Help Desk no ha sido de ninguna ayuda. Todo lo que hacen es enviar mensajes automatizados sin contacto personal.
Qué manera tan terrible de tratar a un cliente antiguo. Parece que es un buen servicio hasta que algo sale mal y luego falla estrepitosamente. ¡Cuidado con los servicios de atención al cliente de Druni!
PD A pesar de decirle a Druni varias veces al día que ya no quería el pedido, solo quiero que me devuelvan el dinero y que me negaría a aceptar el pedido si llegara. Sí, lo has adivinado, ayer por la tarde llegó el mensajero con mi pedido y le dije que no lo quería.
