Fatal. La pieza mostrada en la web no es la recibida.
Fatal. La pieza que me enviaron no era la que mostraban en la página web, era similar e incluso las conexiones conpatibles. La monté pensando que serviría, pero no. Ellos no asumen su error y siguen insistiendo que me enviaron la que yo solicité pese a enviarles fotos mostrando las conexiones invertidas. Como la monté se lavan las manos y no asumen ni devolución, ni indemnización.
Viene de la reseña anterior. En esta página de reseñas no me permitió valorar con estrellas ni poner "SÍ" en si volvería a comprar aquí.
Precio competitivo de dos inyectores BOSCH Código: 0445 110 131.
Hubiera puesto 4 estrellas en lugar de cinco por no actualizar el seguimiento que es responsabilidad de GLS.
Sí volvería a comprar.
Esta página vuelve a fallar, no puedo poner "Si" en volvería a comprar y tampoco las estrellas.I have the same experience! I sent them a printscreen of their website with photo of the piece received and they dare to blame me! Like, you stupid idiot should find out that our online product photos are wrong! If Amazon was doing the same thing they would be out of business.

I placed my first order on Autodoc.es. They are not responsible. On the website you have product photos that are incorrect, so if you base your purchase on the photo, you may end up with another item (even if you have passed product compatibility with your car). Then, when you explain what is wrong with the information on the website, they respond: "You do not have to follow photos as they are indicative but nowhere informative." How ridiculous is this? Imagine buying a Samsung TV on Amazon and then buying a Phillips TV? And for them it is fine. I will not buy from your website again, especially with shipping costs at 10 euros per purchase. When a company is wrong and they still try to blame you, you know what kind of company it is!
Todo correcto, el producto, el tiempo de envío, la atención telefónica y email bien..
Disconforme en la actualización del seguimiento del pedido que es responsabilidad del la empresa de paquetería GLS, no actualizaron hasta un día antes de la llegada y eso puede preocupar. La entrega y servicio de atención telefónica bien.
