Absolutely disgraceful just when you think they cannot get any worse they do
Total lack of training in customer services. No matter how many times you get in touch, telephone calls emails etc etc, they just6 do nothing, then at the very moment before the plumber is due, they have the nerve to ad, for more photographs of the smashed item, if they don’t received them in time 7 days they will consider the matter closed, I am furious absolutely livid
