A Joke!
I would give 0 stars if I could. Bought my tickets online. Flights to my destination were fine. Halfway through my trip I’ve received an email cancelling the first leg of my return flight with no alternative offered. I was finally able to contact Gotogate (who only attend in English?!) to be told that they would try to get a new flight approved. 2 weeks and still waiting for said approval - my flight is in 2 weeks time and I haven’t heard anything from them!
